Cancellation & Modification Policy

At HYPERCHIC, many of our products are made to order. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation and modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Order Changes

If you need to change your order, please contact us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] as soon as possible after placing your order.

Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to help with:

  • Product or size changes

  • Color or variation changes

  • Personalization changes

  • Shipping address corrections

  • Order cancellations

However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has entered production.

Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests must be submitted within [X hours] of placing your order.

Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Address Changes

We will do our best to update the address before production or shipment.

Once an order has been produced or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

HYPERCHIC is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Personalized Orders

For personalized products, please carefully review all names, dates, text, images, and other information before completing your purchase.

Once production has started, personalization details generally cannot be changed.
